Lullingstone is a small Kent village in the Darent Valley, famous for its Roman villa and medieval castle. Take the A225 from Junction 2 of the M25 via Eynsford, about 45 minutes from central London. The village boasts some of Britain's finest Roman mosaics, including the remarkable Bellerophon mosaic showing the hero slaying the Chimera, still preserved in their original Roman villa setting.
