Loopspruit

Loopspruit is a small North West town near Potchefstroom, reached off the N12 via the R500 or R501 through open farmland. It's more a stopover than a destination, handy for people heading between Gauteng, the Free State, and beyond, as seen in the long hauls to spots like Thaba Nchu and Ladybrand. Locals nip through to Fochville, Kokosi, or Potchefstroom for shopping. About 2 fast EV chargers are nearby, and the town takes its name from the small spruit that runs past the farms.
