Llanelltyd

Wales

Llanelltyd lies in the Mawddach Valley, three kilometres from Dolgellau on the A470. This small Gwynedd village serves as a convenient stop for motorists travelling through Snowdonia's southern reaches, with good connections to Penmaenpool and the coast via the A493. The area offers approximately ten public EV charging points, mainly in nearby Dolgellau. Cymer Abbey's 12th-century Cistercian ruins beside the River Mawddach provide the village's most striking historical feature.
