Llanddowror

Llanddowror is a small Carmarthenshire village on the A40 between Saint Clears and the coast. It's well-placed for exploring the Dylan Thomas country around Laugharne, just eight kilometres south. The village sits in the Taf Valley with good links to Carmarthen and Pembrokeshire. Saint Teudos Church houses remarkable 13th-century wall paintings discovered during 1960s restoration work.
