Levington is a small Suffolk village near the Orwell estuary, reached via the A14 to Junction 59 then local roads through Nacton. Long-distance traffic uses the A14 from Cambridge or London, whilst locals travel from Ipswich on the A1156 or from Felixstowe via the A154. The village boasts Levington Marina, one of Suffolk's most protected harbours where the River Orwell bends sharply toward the sea.
