Leaveland

Leaveland lies along the A251 between Faversham and Ashford in east Kent. Most visitors arrive via the M2 junction at Faversham or from the M20 near Ashford. The town serves as a gateway to the Kent Downs, with narrow lanes connecting to villages like Throwley and Challock. St. Lawrence church houses a remarkable 13th-century wooden knight's effigy.
