Knockfin

Knockfin is a tiny Highland settlement near Glen Affric, about 45 minutes southwest of Inverness via the A831 through Cannich. The single-track roads wind through some of Scotland's most spectacular ancient pine forests. It's the gateway to Glen Affric National Nature Reserve, where you'll find remnants of the original Caledonian forest.
