Kite, GA

Kite is a small Johnson County community in central Georgia's rolling countryside. Drive US Highway 319 for the main route, connecting north to Macon (50 miles) or south toward coastal areas. From the east, take local roads from Dublin about 25 miles away. Most trips are locals heading to Dublin or Vidalia for services, with some using US 319 as a quieter alternative to interstates. The community post office still provides that personal small-town service Georgia is known for.
