Kilworth

Kilworth sits along the River Funshion in County Cork, about 45 kilometers northwest of Cork city via the N8 and local roads. From Limerick it's roughly 35 kilometers south on the N20, while Dublin visitors can take the M8 motorway southwest for about 200 kilometers. The town centers around the impressive 13th-century Kilworth Castle, whose round tower and crumbling walls make for a proper landmark overlooking the river. There's good infrastructure for electric vehicles with around 13 fast charging stations in the area, making it handy for exploring the Cork countryside.
