Kilbaha

Ireland

Kilbaha sits at the tip of the Loop Head Peninsula in County Clare, reached by taking the N67 from Kilrush for the final 15 kilometers. The village is home to Loop Head Lighthouse, one of Ireland's most westerly beacons that's been guiding ships through these treacherous Atlantic waters since 1854. Most visitors arrive via the N68 from Ennis, connecting at Kilrush, while long-distance travelers use the M18 from Galway or Limerick. The area offers excellent clifftop walks and ocean views, with Kilkee Waterworld 20 kilometers north for families.
