Horden

Horden perches on Durham's Heritage Coast between Peterlee and Blackhall Colliery, reached via the A19 then local roads eastward. The A1086 coast road threads through this former pit village, whilst the B1432 connects inland to major routes. With over 150 EV charging points nearby and dramatic clifftop views, it's a useful stop on coastal tours. The Victorian Pithead Baths building still stands, complete with original railings.
