About Hollows

Hollows lies in the Scottish Borders along the A7 Edinburgh-Carlisle route, about 80km south of the capital. The A68 provides an eastern approach via Jedburgh, whilst local roads serve nearby Border towns. Roughly 16 public fast chargers support electric vehicles in the area. The town's claim to fame is the remarkably preserved Roman bath house at nearby Castlesteads fort, where you can still see the ancient hypocaust heating system beneath the stone floors.
