High Wickham forms part of Hastings' suburban sprawl, perched on the East Sussex hills just inland from the coast. The A21 runs straight through from London, whilst the A2100 handles local traffic to Ore and surrounding areas. Most residents nip down to central Hastings via the B2093 or coastal A259.
