Hawick

Hawick lies in the Scottish Borders, 55 kilometres south of Edinburgh via the A7. This former textile town sits in the Teviot Valley where the A7 trunk road cuts through the border hills, with the A698 providing western access through Kelso. The town centre has roughly 11 public EV charging points. Hawick hosts the world's oldest rugby sevens tournament and maintains its annual Common Riding ceremony each June, when hundreds of riders follow traditional boundary routes.
