Hartley, Plymouth

Hartley occupies higher ground in northern Plymouth, a residential area with views across the city toward Plymouth Sound. The A386 provides the main route into central Plymouth, whilst the A38 Devon Expressway offers connections to Exeter and the M5. Electric vehicle drivers will find over 100 public fast charging points throughout Plymouth. The area retains one of the city's few working red telephone boxes on Hartley Avenue.
