Greenlaw

Greenlaw is a small market town in the Scottish Borders that sits on the A697, roughly an hour's drive south of Edinburgh. The town serves as Berwickshire's county seat and connects easily to nearby villages like Gordon and Hume via local roads. The 1829 courthouse with its prominent clock tower remains the town's most recognisable landmark.
