Great Barton

Great Barton lies 8km northeast of Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk's farming country. The A143 provides main access from Bury St Edmunds, continuing toward Diss and Great Yarmouth, whilst the A134 offers an alternative western route. From further afield, use the A14 to A143 junction. The village sits amid gently rolling agricultural land typical of East Anglia, with several RAF bases nearby including Honington and Lakenheath. The parish church houses a spectacular 15th-century wooden screen.
