Fettercairn is a small Aberdeenshire village in the Howe of the Mearns, reached via the B966 from the A90 near Laurencekirk. About 50km south of Aberdeen, it sits beneath the Grampians with good access to Edzell and the Angus Glens. The village houses one of Scotland's oldest working distilleries, established in 1824.
