Fernwood is a modern planned community in Nottinghamshire, six kilometres from Newark-on-Trent via the A46. The A1 provides long-distance connections through Newark, whilst local routes serve surrounding villages like New Balderton and Claypole. Over 30 EV charging points are available nearby. The development centres around an artificial lake that's become a popular spot for watching swans and other waterfowl.
