Fengate

Fengate is a small Norfolk settlement near the Suffolk border, positioned along the A1065 between Swaffham and Brandon. The area sits within the distinctive Brecks landscape of sandy heaths and pine forests, with several RAF bases nearby generating regular traffic. Most visitors arrive via the A11 from London or Cambridge before joining local routes. The village lies within one of England's most significant Stone Age archaeological areas, where high-quality flint tools were crafted over 4,000 years ago.
