The M5 junction 18 sits about 10 minutes east, whilst Bristol Airport is roughly 15 minutes southeast. The village sits amid rolling countryside between the Mendips and Bristol Channel, with the 13th-century St. Andrew's church featuring a remarkable Norman doorway with original stone carvings.
