Ettingshall Park lies just outside Wolverhampton city centre, easily reached via the A4018 or A449 to the M54. The residential area sits amongst the interconnected towns of the Black Country, with excellent links to Birmingham via the A4040. Over 250 EV charging points serve the locality, whilst the Victorian street pattern still follows the old tramway routes that once served the area's industrial past.
