Elsinore, UT

Elsinore is a small farming town in central Utah's Sevier Valley, surrounded by the Pavant and Fishlake Mountains. Take I-70 west from Salt Lake City, then US-89 south through Sevier County - about 2.5 hours total. US-89 runs right through town, connecting to Richfield 12 miles north and continuing toward southern Utah's national parks. The town was named after Hamlet's castle by Shakespeare-loving Mormon pioneers.
