Elmstone

Elmstone is a small East Kent village reached via the A257 from Canterbury, about 8km southeast through agricultural countryside. The A28 provides alternative access, with both roads serving the scattered rural communities between Canterbury and the Thanet coast. The village church contains rare 13th-century wall paintings discovered during 1960s restoration work.
