Eliburn forms part of Livingston's eastern residential area in West Lothian, just off the M8 at Junction 3. The A71 from Edinburgh provides the main approach, whilst local routes connect through Howden and Ladywell. With over 100 EV charging points nearby and Livingston North station 3km away, it's well-connected to both Edinburgh and Glasgow. The area retains Livingston's original 1960s network of segregated cycle paths and walkways.
