Dwarskloof lies in the Riviersonderend mountains near Greyton, easy to reach off the R406 from Caledon, with the N2 carrying most Cape Town traffic in. Locals nip through to Greyton, Genadendal, and Caledon for daily errands, while visitors from further out, like Brackenfell or even Adelaide, tend to make a proper trip of it. There's one fast EV charger nearby for a quick top-up, and a stone's throw away sits Genadendal, one of the country's oldest mission stations, well worth the short detour.
