Drumchapel

Drumchapel occupies Glasgow's northwest suburbs between the Clyde and Kilpatrick Hills, reached via the A82 from the city centre or M8 Junction 31 from further afield. Glasgow Airport sits 12km southwest, whilst local routes serve Clydebank, Bearsden and the West Highland Way trailhead at Milngavie. The area's 1960s tower blocks were amongst Scotland's pioneering high-rise housing schemes.
