Donaghmede

Donaghmede is a handy spot in north Dublin, sitting between the city and the coast about 12 kilometres from town. You can get there straight up the R107 through Clontarf, or hop on the M1 if you're coming from further out. Dublin Airport is only 8 kilometres west, making it grand for visitors. The area sits right beside Bull Island, home to Royal Dublin Golf Club from 1885, one of Ireland's oldest golf clubs. With the M50 nearby and loads of electric charging points around, it's a decent base for getting about Dublin and beyond.
