About Delphi

This remote Mayo settlement sits in the Doolough Valley between the Mweelrea Mountains and Doolough Lake, about 25 kilometres southwest of Westport via the R335. The winding mountain road follows Killary Harbour's shore before climbing through some of Ireland's wildest terrain. You can also approach from Leenane to the east along the same route. The valley houses Delphi Adventure Resort, which runs outdoor programmes year-round in one of the country's most isolated mountain settings. Plan your electric vehicle journey carefully as charging points are scarce in these remote parts.
