Danebank

Danebank lies on the Cheshire-Derbyshire border where the Peak District foothills begin, about 20 kilometers from Manchester city center. The A6 provides the main route through the area, with the M60 roughly 15 kilometers north for longer journeys. Popular with commuters to Stockport and Manchester, it offers countryside access whilst remaining well-connected to urban centers. The old Midland Railway cutting still runs through the landscape as a public footpath.
