Cromwell

Cromwell is a small Nottinghamshire market town on the River Trent, reached via the A1133 between Newark and Gainsborough. It's a handy stop on longer journeys between Lincoln and Nottingham, offering a quieter alternative to the A1. The town sits in flat Trent Valley countryside with around 50 EV charging points nearby. Most notably, Cromwell retains one of the few working chain ferries still operating on this stretch of the River Trent.
