Cranborne

Cranborne is a historic Dorset market town set among chalk downlands and ancient woodlands. The B3078 runs through the village, connecting to the A338 arterial route about 8km south, which links Bournemouth and London via the M3/A31. Bournemouth Airport is roughly 20km southeast. The area has good EV charging coverage with over 60 fast chargers nearby. The town's medieval church sits alongside the ruins of Cranborne Manor, whose Tudor gatehouse survives from when King John used it as a royal hunting lodge.
