Collier Row occupies northeastern Greater London, easily reached via the A12 through Romford or the M25 at junction 28. Most traffic arrives from central London on the A12, whilst locals use the A1112 for trips to Romford's shops and station. The area sits on higher ground with good transport links and over 2700 EV charging points regionally. The name derives from medieval charcoal burners who worked the ancient Hainault Forest.
