Coalway

Coalway is a former mining village in the Forest of Dean, just off the A4136 near Coleford. It's easily reached from the M50 Junction 4 or via the A48 from Chepstow. The settlement retains its distinctive red sandstone miners' cottages, which stand out beautifully against the surrounding ancient woodland.
