Cilgerran sits in Pembrokeshire's Teifi Valley, reached via the A478 from Cardigan (10 minutes) or Haverfordwest (30km). Long-distance visitors typically use the A40 from England, connecting to the A478. The village has around 14 fast EV charging points nearby. Its spectacular Norman castle ruins crown a rocky outcrop above the River Teifi, where traditional coracle fishing continues.
