Chatley, Essex

Chatley is a small Essex village reached via country lanes connecting to the A131. Most visitors come from Chelmsford (15km via A130/A131) or Braintree (12km north), with the A12 providing longer-distance access 20km south. The area has over 50 EV charging points nearby. The village's Norman church of St. Nicholas boasts a rare 13th-century wooden bell tower, one of only a few surviving in Essex.
