Cavendish is a small Suffolk village on the A1092 between Clare and Long Melford in the Stour Valley. Most visitors arrive via the A134 from Sudbury or Bury St Edmunds, then follow the A1092. It's a popular route for exploring west Suffolk's market towns, with good EV charging nearby. The village green's famous pink thatched cottage is one of England's most photographed rural buildings.
