Castlecove is a small village along the Ring of Kerry's N70 coastal road, positioned between the Atlantic and Kerry Mountains with views across Ballinskelligs Bay to the Skellig Islands. It sits 15 km from Waterville and 25 km from Cahersiveen, making it a handy stop on the popular Ring of Kerry driving circuit from Killarney (75 km) or Kenmare (60 km). The area has about 5 fast EV chargers for those tackling the full 180-kilometer loop. Two championship golf courses dominate the local scene, including the famous Waterville Golf Links where Eddie Hackett's design has hosted the Irish Open.
