Buchanty is a small Perthshire village reached via the A85 from Perth, about 15km west through pleasant countryside. The area sits in the Ochil Hills foothills near Glenalmond, with good links to both Edinburgh (M90 then A85) and Glasgow (via Stirling and Perth). There are roughly 16 fast EV chargers in the wider Perth area. The village lies near several burns that feed into the River Earn system.
