About Bryncir

Bryncir is a small Gwynedd village on the A487 between Porthmadog and Caernarfon, making it a convenient stop when touring Snowdonia. The A487 provides direct access, with local roads connecting to Garndolbenmaen and other nearby communities within a few kilometres. About 25 EV charging points are available in the surrounding area, mainly in Porthmadog. The village sits in the Glaslyn valley where coastal plains meet Snowdonia's foothills, and the nearby Roman Bath-House at Tremadoc is one of North Wales' few remaining Roman archaeological sites.
