Brassington

Brassington is a small Derbyshire village in the White Peak, reached via the A515 from Ashbourne or local roads from Wirksworth and Carsington Water. The elevated limestone setting provides excellent Peak District access, with over 60 EV charging points nearby in Ashbourne and Matlock. St. James Church houses a remarkable Norman tympanum from around 1100, one of Derbyshire's finest examples of Romanesque carving.
