Bourtreehill

Bourtreehill is a residential area in North Ayrshire, positioned between Irvine and Kilmarnock with good links to both the A71 and local road network. Glasgow Prestwick Airport sits 8 kilometres southwest, whilst the A736 connects to neighbouring settlements like Springside and Dreghorn. The settlement's name derives from "bourtree," the Scots term for elderberry tree.
