Beesands

Beesands is a small fishing village on the South Devon coast, tucked between Start Bay and the South Hams countryside. Reach it via the A379 from Dartmouth (8 miles) or Kingsbridge, with long-distance visitors typically using the A38 to A381 route. The village sits on a distinctive mile-long shingle beach where traditional seine net boats are still launched directly from the shore at high tide.
