Beaumont sits along Interstate 10 in the San Gorgonio Pass, about 85 miles east of Los Angeles and 20 miles west of Palm Springs. This desert city serves as a gateway between the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley, with many residents commuting west on I-10 to Riverside or east to desert resort areas.
