Anderson, CA

Anderson is a small Central Valley city 10 miles south of Redding on Interstate 5. It's a quick stop between Sacramento and Oregon, with Highway 273 branching east through town. Most traffic comes from I-5, connecting to Redding in 15 minutes or Sacramento in 2.5 hours. The restored 1918 railroad depot at Depot Park recalls when passenger trains ran the San Francisco to Portland route.
