The N11 links it to Standerton and Volksrust for fuel, shopping or EV charging, since Aankoms itself has little charging infrastructure. Ermelo Airport is 79 km off if you're flying in. Fun fact: Aankoms means "arrival" in Afrikaans, a leftover from its days as a railway stop.
