Calculating route...

Tydavnet is a handy village just off the N2, about 3 kilometers south of Monaghan town on the main Dublin to Derry route. It's grand for a quick stop when heading to or from the North, sitting only 15 kilometers from the Aughnacloy border crossing. The village sits in proper drumlin country with its rolling hills and small lakes. There's decent EV charging around Monaghan town, and you're close to Rossmore Golf course. The real draw is St. Dympna's Well, a stone-lined spring that's been part of an ancient pilgrimage route for centuries.
