Tutwiler is a small Delta town on Highway 49 in northern Mississippi, about 70 miles south of Memphis. The area's flat farmland and straight roads make for easy driving, though EV charging is limited. Most visitors come via Highway 49 from Clarksdale or Memphis. The town claims to be where W.C. Handy first heard the blues at the old train station in 1903.
