Tuamgraney sits on Lough Derg's shores in County Clare, about 20 kilometers northeast of Killaloe and 25 kilometers from Nenagh. Most visitors arrive via the R352 from Killaloe, which connects to the N7 Dublin-Limerick route. From Limerick it's a 45-minute drive through Killaloe, while Dublin drivers take the M7 south to Nenagh then head west on local roads, roughly two hours total. The village is home to St. Cronan's Church, which claims to be Ireland's oldest church in continuous use with parts dating to the 10th century.
