Torksey

Torksey lies along the River Trent in West Lindsey, reached via the A156 from Lincoln in about 20 minutes or from the A1 motorway to the west. The village sits where the ancient Fosse Way crossed the Trent, surrounded by flat agricultural land typical of the Lincolnshire countryside. With approximately 70 public EV chargers in the area, it's well-served for electric vehicles. The ruins of 14th-century Torksey Castle still dominate the village, marking this historic river crossing point.
